ReplyDeleteThanks for your thoughts everyone. Things here are OK, it's actually quite sunny but the river is rising and will peak at 0400 tomorrow and will stay up for a few days. There have been some deaths west of here with sudden rains and water which are quite tragic and makes the whole event quite sombre. We are very lucky that it has stopped raining hundreds of mm a day, we only have to deal with the river for now.
